Since 1986, architects have come to rely
on Integrated Media Systems (IMS). It is our passion for design and continuing commitment
to client satisfaction that separates IMS from other audio visual integrators.
As a full-service audiovisual engineering company, IMS offers expertise in all aspects
of system design and design/build applications including lighting and acoustics. From
complex multiple room AV requirements to "alternative officing" our experienced
design consultants understand the crucial elements of budget and timing.
An added benefit to the architectural community is IMS commitment to continuing
education. In association with some of the industrys most influential AV and video
manufacturers, IMS conducts monthly on-site seminars designed to keep principals and their
associates up-to-date with continuing changes in communications technology. All at no charge.
We invite your call today for more information about our
continuing education program. For details, inquiries may be

SCAQMD Council
Chamber...The Southern California Air Quality Management District selected IMS to
install, program and install what is, perhaps, the most sophisticated multi-function
government facility in the country. While
the initial design consisted of nine rooms, the real showcase is the facilitys main
council chamber where IMS designed and integrated a custom voting system combining remote
control voting tabulation, "request to speak" and vote archiving. Additionally,
AQMD uses the facility as a fully operable broadcast television control center. |

AT&T
Network Operations Center...One of most challenging
projects undertaken by IMS was the collaborative design and
installation of AT&Ts master control center, the central
control point for the company's entire network of service and
dispatch activity. The primary control center, with connectivity
to eight additional rooms, contains fully matrixed high-resolution
computer displays fed from over 25 individual work stations.
In
the event of a natural disaster, this control center would be
used as a primary network for all emergency police and fire
communication. Further, its capability involves accessing satellite
reception, broadcast television and all AM/FM radio frequencies. |
